Happy Monday, my friends! Can you believe this is the last week of August!? I am definitely looking forward to the long weekend ahead! I leave for NYFW next week (ahh! My first time in NYC too!) so I’ll be using the extra day this weekend to relax and prep for my travels. While I am soaking up every last bit of summer, I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t excited for fall and all that comes with it! Fall clothing is definitely my favorite, and with all the cute new pieces coming out, I am so excited to share today’s fall transition style post with you all!
It has already started to cool down here a little, especially in the evenings, so I’ve been breaking out some of my favorite transition pieces. A dress-lover like myself can’t resist cute, flowy dresses like this one, and there’s nothing I love more in the fall than dresses paired with booties. This dress is so effortless and affordable, too! Navy is also one of my current favorite colors! One of the things that makes this dress/booties combo so great for transitioning into fall is that it’s a little more suitable for these in between temperatures when you really want to break out your fall clothes, but it’s still just a little too warm! On evenings that get chilly, I love adding a cozy cardigan like this one over my dresses. I am seriously obsessed with this look right now!
