The past few days here in Kansas City have been sunny and almost 70, and I am loving every single second of it! I don’t know about you, but winter seems to get longer each year, and I never thought the warm sunshine could feel SO good! I woke up early yesterday and spent my day outside soaking up every bit of it, and I’ve been so excited to break in some of my new spring items. Today’s post is one of my favorites in awhile, not only because everything looks so much more bright and happy with the sunshine and colors, but I can’t get enough of this darling wrap dress!
This spring wrap dress was one of my first purchases for the season, and I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it in the store. I loved the pretty orange color (it’ll look 10x better with a tan too, ha!) and the ruffles! It’s under $100 and also comes in a nice golden/yellow color…such a good deal for such a cute dress! You will be seeing a LOT of wrap dresses this spring/summer, and I have to say I’m pretty happy about it. I think they are so fun and flirty, and perfect for so many different occasions! Plus, if you know me at all, you know that I could live in dresses year round if I had a choice! Wrap dresses are so cute when worn casual with a cute pair of espadrille sneakers (must-have this season!), sandals or your favorite wedges (I linked my two fav pairs above!) They are also great dressed up for Easter, graduations, showers, etc. with a fun pair of heels! If you’re going somewhere warm on spring break, these dresses are so easy to pack and style with fun straw bags and accessories.
