There is nothing quite like Saturday morning strolls through the city in NYC. I spent this past weekend at my second NYFW, and I always get butterflies being back in the city that I love so much! Saturday morning my sister and I woke up early to head down to the Brooklyn Bridge. I didn’t have a chance to go last year, and after seeing it in so many photos, it did not disappoint in person..it was so breathtaking and is definitely one of my new favorite spots in NYC!

I wore this new Topshop shirtdress that I love so much, and it was the perfect thing to wear for a day walking around the city. My sister and I were twinning, she was wearing the black version of this dress (which I have too, and traveled in on Friday!) I love pairing cute dresses with sneakers, and I felt comfy all day, yet still stylish…it was NYFW after all, ha! I definitely plan on pairing this dress with booties, and black OTK boots for the fall! It would even be cute with a cozy cardigan. I’m wearing the US size 6 in this shirtdress for size reference.

After our morning at the Brooklyn Bridge, we headed off in search of brunch and came across the most delicious spot, The Malt House! The rest of our morning was spent wandering around the Flatiron District (which I love!) No matter how much planning goes in to a trip, one of my favorite things will always be just exploring the area without any plans–you never know what hidden spots you might come across! I will have my full New York City travel guide up within the next week, so stay tuned! LMK if you have any specific questions and I’ll be happy to include those!
