Warmer days ahead! I am soaking up every bit of the warm, sunny days we’ve been having, and the feeling of spring in the air, and excitement of summer just around the corner! Nothing makes me happier than being able to break out all of my sundresses and sandals for the season! I would gladly live in cute dresses all day long, and I’ve been working on adding some new ones to my collection for the season! I recently purchased a couple darling new dresses, and other warm weather essentials from Walmart! They have had the cutest selection, and you just can’t beat the amazing prices. I wanted to roundup some of my recent favorite Walmart spring outfits that I know y’all would love too for all of those warm days ahead!
Striped Ruffle Sleeve Dress: How cute is this pastel striped dress!? I just love the colors, the ruffle sleeves, and it’s almost like a seersucker material! The perfect little spring/summer dress, and it’s only $15! I wear a size small, and I got it in the lavender/coral color combo I’m wearing in the photo above, as well as the blue/white striped combo because I just loved it so much I had to have both! You can’t go wrong with a classic blue and white stripe for summer, and it would be SO cute with pops of red added in for Memorial Day/Fourth of July!
Ruffle Sleeve Tiered Dress: Another super cute dress for the season! Under $20 as well!! I love the ruffle sleeves on this dress, and the tiered style. It’s almost like a t-shirt dress, it’s just so comfy, cute and effortless! I also wear size small in this one. It comes in a couple colors, and I went with the black for a great LBD for the season! You can dress this up or down, and style it 100+ ways with all kinds of different accessories!
Ruffle Skirt and White Seersucker Top: I purchased this cute ruffle skirt in the golden yellow color, with the white floral print! I just love that color for summer, and these smocked high waist ruffle skirts are always so popular! They’re super cute paired with a graphic tee tucked in or tied in a knot at the top of the skirt, paired with a basic tank or tee tucked in, or a super cute little top like this white seersucker top I purchased! I love the smocked neckline and the puff sleeves…and only $20!! You can either wear the sleeves normal which accentuates the cute puff sleeves, or wear it off the shoulder! It looks so darling tucked in to the ruffle skirt, and it would also be a cute top to pair with denim shorts! Such a great little white top for the season! I got size medium in the skirt and top!
Green Seersucker Swimsuit: I absolutely love this one piece suit!! It’s so gorgeous! That emerald green color, plus the seersucker material and classic cut of the suit just make it look so chic! It’s soo comfortable, and has a lot of stretch!! It’s also not cheeky which I like, it’s just normal coverage. It would be beautiful paired with gold or shell/pearl jewelry, and some straw accessories! I got this denim shirt to wear as a coverup! I love these classic button up shirts worn as coverups, I think they look so classic, chic and effortless! I size up in them so they work as a coverup! I got size XL in the shirt, and size M in the suit. The denim top would also be great just worn as a shirt paired with shorts or a skirt, like the yellow skirt mentioned above!
White Quilted Sandals: these are such a great little pair of sandals!! I am wearing them with the striped dress in the photo above! Very comfy and the criss cross straps are soft! Pair well with everything!
Running Shorts: these $10 running shorts are the BEST! I’ve been sharing them on my YouTube channel and Insta the past few weeks, and they’ve been wildly popular!! They come in the cutest colors, and at only $10, I can stock up for the season! I was really needing new workout clothes for the season, and some of my other brands of shorts can be around $50, so this way I could get multiple pairs for the price of one, and now I have lots of cute shorts to work with for the season! One of the reasons they’ve been so popular is because they’re high waisted, and they’re a perfect length! Not too short, and so cute and flattering on. So comfy, too!! They also have pockets. I’ve already worn and washed mine a bunch and they wash so well! I’ve been collecting them in all the cute colors!! They have the liners on the inside, too. Perfect for working out, or just to throw on for the day as a cute, casual outfit with a tee or sweatshirt for spring/summer! I wear size medium.
Active Shorts: I am also OBSESSED with these shorts! They are only $12, and are identical to one of my favorite pairs of shorts that were much pricier!! These shorts don’t have liners on the inside like the running shorts. This style is more so just a cute, casual pair of shorts to wear as an outfit, and not so much for working out, other than going for a walk or something! I love that they’re just a slightly ‘dressier’ active short option! So cute and effortless to throw on for the day with a tee and some sandals and sneakers and a baseball hat! I wear size medium. They’re a lightweight, breathable material so they are perfect for hot summer days, and also for traveling! If you’re going on vacation or doing outdoor activities while it’s warm, these would be the perfect shorts to wear! I got them in the black, navy, lavender and red! They also come in army green and charcoal!! And like the running shorts, they’re a great length, and so flattering on!
Basic Tees: These $5 tees are the perfect basic tee! They’re actually from the men’s section, which I love to check there for basic tees and sweatshirts and things like that, because they’re always longer in length, less boxy, and I just prefer the way they fit! You can’t beat $5 for these either! That way you can seriously stock up for the season, since I throw on tees like this constantly! Paired with shorts, leggings, loungewear, over my swimsuit, etc! I got size large for a slightly oversized fit! They’re very soft, comfy and wash well, too. I started out with the white and lavender, and loved them so much I am going to order more colors! Good, basic white tees are oddly hard to come by, and this was an absolute winner!!
