‘Tis the season for warm cookies, a cup of hot cocoa, and Christmas movies! My weakness will always be a warm, gooey cookie fresh out of the oven, and I always keep a fresh batch on hand during the holiday season! This week I made these Double Chocolate Chip Cookies, and they were to die for!! If you are a chocolate lover, look no further… you must try this recipe!
Last Christmas I shared my recipe for the best Chocolate Chip Cookies EVER (recipe here), and these are identical to those, just double the chocolate!! My chocolate chip cookies are a huge hit every time I make them, and I know these will be, too! These cookies are big, perfectly crisp on the outside, but when you break them open, they are so soft and literally melt in your mouth. You will probably want to break it in half in slo-mo, ha! The cold dough paired with the high cooking temp is what keeps these cookies big and thick, while still be soft and gooey on the inside!
