Ingredients
1 stick of butter (1/2 cup)
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
2 cups of freshly grated parmesan
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper. More to taste when served
Directions
Melt the butter on low heat. Add the heavy cream and let simmer for 2-3 minutes on low.
Whisk in the garlic and seasonings.
Whisk in the parmesan until melted and smooth. Add more if you want a thicker sauce.
Pour over pasta and serve immediately!
